N'Hereveta Public Park
In 1998, the mayor Josep Roig Salleras de Son Amat donated the land where the village park of Porreres now stands — a site where the football club Unió Esportiva Porreres had played from 1924 until 1981. The area was redeveloped as a leisure space and officially inaugurated on 12 August 1998. The park has a quadrangular layout, with a large stage at the far end opposite the entrance, which features a monumental gateway topped by the coat of arms of Porreres framed with garlands. The park also includes green areas and two children’s play zones. N’Hereveta Public Park is well known across the island for the concerts it hosts, particularly during the summer months and the celebrations of Sant Roc.
